Rodney K. Woods 73 of Lewistown died Sunday evening, August 15, 2021 in the Central Montana Medical Center of cancer.  He was born December 26, 1947 in Lewistown the son of Henry A. and Cecil F. (Fairbairn) Woods.  He received his schooling in Lewistown Schools and then he moved to Arkansas and worked.  He returned in the mid 1960’s to the Job Corp in the Polson area.  He moved back to Arkansas and then to Missouri returning to Montana in the mid 1970’s.  He worked at the Lewistown Brickyard until returning to Arkansas where he worked as a welder for the Ranger Boat Company.  In the late 1980’s he returned to Lewistown where he made his home until the time of his death.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by one son Toby (Teresa) Woods of Ward, AR; one daughter Rhonda (Troy) Cooper of Gassville, AR; two step-sons Marvin Pierce in West Virginia and Roy (Christy Reed-Pierce) Pierce in Arkansas; one step-daughter Amy Ivy in Arkansas; three brothers Barry (Angela) of Billings, MT, Daniel and Toby (Christine) both of Lewistown, MT; four sisters Ethel Espinoza of Lewistown, MT, Anna Miller of Harlowton, MT, Wanda (Carl) Hoppis of Western Grove, AR and Veronica Kinney of Seattle, WA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.

Graveside Memorial Services for Rodney K. Woods will be Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Central Montana Memorial Gardens of Lewistown.  Cremation has taken place with the Cloyd Funeral Home assisting the family.
