David Mitchell Newell

David Mitchell Newell Kjersem, 58, of Stanford, died peacefully at home on April 9th, 2022. David was born December 17th, 1963 in Lewistown, MT. He loved his work as a carpenter and roofer. He was an avid cook, he enjoyed cooking for everyone. His enchiladas were the families favorite.



David spent his free time camping and fishing at the river with family and friends.



David was beloved by anyone who met him. He was a fantastic son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle.



David is preceded in death by his nephew Joshua David Kjersem-Sloan and past love Lynn McCann.



David is survived by his parents, Dolly and Jerry Wells; siblings Terry, Gregg, Jeff (Cheri), Julie (Dan), and Shane (Lanora); daughters Ashley and Thea; grandchildren Aiden, Mason, Christopher (Natalie); great-granddaughter Delilah and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
