Dwain Turner

Dwain Turner, 91 of Lewistown died Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Central Montana Medical Center of natural causes. Dwain was born on December 28, 1931 to Lone and Effie (Sullinger) Turner in Lewistown. He married the love of his life, Leona MacIntosh on June 7, 1951 in Lewistown, MT.

Dwain was in the national guard. He was also apart of the Moose Lodge as a Pilgrim for 60+ years. He enjoyed the outdoors with hunting and fishing at the top of the list, Dwain also enjoyed telling stories.

Dwain is preceded in death by wife Leona; parents Lone and Effie Turner; daughter Jean lee Turner; son Ronnie Turner; sisters Jennie Leferts, Gloria Ewell, Esther Miller, and Florance Killgore.

Dwain is survived by granddaughters Rachel Goodhart and Effie Lee Turner both of Lewistown; great grandchildren Rowdy Knerr, Maddison Martin, Kayla Martin all of Lewistown; sister Gladys Rhoberge of Yuma, AZ.

A service will be held on Saturday, August 26th, 2023 at Cloyd Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with committal to follow in the Central Montana Memorial Gardens with a reception at the Frank Day park after the committal.
