Edith M. Lehmann 86 of Lewistown died Friday afternoon, April 23rd, 2021 at her home of natural causes. She was born February 13, 1935 in Lewistown the daughter of William and Gladys (Fulbright) Strouf. She received her schooling in Lewistown graduating from St. Leo's High School in 1953. On June 2, 1953 she was united in marriage to Bernard Lehmann in Danvers, MT. They made their home in Lewistown and started their family. She graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing and began her nursing career at St. Joseph Hospital. She worked is many different areas and continued during the transition to Central Montana Medical Center, working as an Operating Room Nurse until her retirement in 1993.
She enjoyed spending time with family, crocheting, ceramics and traveling.
She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 67+ years Bernard; sons Donald of Lewistown and Kenneth (Robin) of Helena/Bozeman, MT; daughters Deborah (Karl) Bawden of Spokane, WA; Patricia (Lyle) Roberts of Sidney, MT and Laurie Lehmann of Prescott, AZ; one brother Richard Strouf of Moccasin, MT; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Ruth Gore and Anna Mae Morris, brothers Roy Strouf and Robert Strouf and one granddaughter Suzanne Lawson.
Memorial Services and Committal for Edith Lehmann will be held at a later date, cremation has taken place. The Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.
