Lewis “Festus” Herman Miller Jr., 84, of Harlowton passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at Wheatland Memorial Nursing Home in Harlowton. He was born on March 5, 1941, in Harlowton, Montana to his parents Lewis and Emerald (Owings) Miller.
