Lorraine Boeck

Lorraine Joyce Edmunds Boeck passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 23, 2021 in Helena. She was born to Helen and George Murray on May 14, 1934 in Lewistown. Helen later married Joseph Edmunds who adopted Lorraine.

     Lorraine graduated from Stanford High School in 1953 and shortly after married Myrlin Boeck. They raised their family and ranched on Sage Creek until his death.

     She was active in the American Legion Auxiliary, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Alter Society and was a 4-H leader.

     She was preceded in death by her husband, Myrlin and son, Leo.

     Survivors include her cousin, Sharon Nelson Bailey Taurman; her children, Wayne Boeck of Helena, Warren (Susan) Boeck of Absarokee, and Tanya (Robert) Heintz of Stanford; grandchildren, Allison (Mike) of Calgary, Amanda (Michael) of Sparks, NV, Melissa of Billings, and Katie of Nashville; great grandchildren, Jace and Lily of Sparks NV, Ryan and McKenna of Calgary and Justin of Nashville.

     A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 8th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church Stanford, MT. Memorials in Lorraine's name are suggested to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Stanford, MT 59479 and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.  Condolences for the family may be posted online at www.cloydfuneralhome.com
