Pamela Sue McGlynn 53 of Lewistown passed away peacefully in her sleep due to heart complications on Monday morning, May 15th, 2017. Pamela was born in Spokane Washington, the eldest of four daughters (Patty, Sunny and Denise Randles) to Zenith and Judy Randles. Pamela graduated from Thomas Downey High School in Modesto California and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA. Pamela enjoyed teaching at Head Start in Stockton where she spent seventeen joyous years nurturing young minds. She married Michael Arthur McGlynn and had two children, Kaitlyn and Michael McGlynn whom she loved dearly. Pamela took great pride in Kaitlyn’s artistic abilities and loved that Michael could always make her laugh. Pamela had a third child, Ryan Scott Reimers, whom she adored and always had good things to say about. She admired Ryan’s unique vision and artistry as a chef and treasured having him as a son. Pamela moved to Lewistown with Ryan and blossomed within the small community. Her life in Montana consisted of being a chef at the Yogo Inn and making many friends along the way. She enjoyed the gentle summers of Lewistown, spending time at the lake, participating in the Color Run marathons, or simply admiring the horses grazing in the fields. Pamela was known for her selfless spirit, love of coffee, cooking skills, and sassy sense of humor. Pamela could bring a smile to the saddest of souls and had a distinguishable laugh that will be deeply missed among friends and family. Pamela was delighted to attend the wedding of her daughter Kaitlyn, the wedding of her son Michael, and the engagement of her son Ryan whose wedding she attended in spirit. She was happily anticipating the birth of her grandchild (from Michael and Rachel McGlynn) Nolan Michael McGlynn, whom she will lovingly watch over from heaven along with any future grandchildren. It is with heavy hearts that her children, family and friends wish her soul peace as Pamela joins her Mother and Father in the arms of our Lord and Saviour. Her children chose what would have been her fifty-fourth birthday as a day to honor and cherish her memory.
A Celebration of Life for Pamela S. McGlynn will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13th, 2017 in the Cloyd Chapel. Cremation has taken place and the Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.
