Sandra L. Wicks

Sandra L. (Waltenbaugh) Wicks 66 of Lewistown passed on April 16, 2018 at the Central Montana Medical Center after a long, brave battle with cancer. Sandy was born August 3^rd, 1951 in Miles City, MT to her parents, Jim and Mina (Osborn) Waltenbaugh. She received her education throughout Montana and Washington. She was united in marriage to Jon Wicks in 1973 in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Sandy was a talented artist and an even better friend. She loved her family endlessly and selflessly. She, without question, touched the lives of anyone she ever met and was always prepared to help someone who was in need.

Sandy loved the ocean, fishing and her memories of playing pool. She was fierce, loyal, and her love knew no lengths.

Sandy was survived by her husband of 45 years Jon of Lewistown; daughter Lori (Rick) Wicks Martin of Lewistown, MT; brothers Scott (Michele) of Port Townsend, WA, Steve (Karen) and Rick (Jan) Waltenbaugh both of Lewistown, MT; grandchildren Berkanna (Cody) Wicks Johnson, Summer Elmore, and Clayton Elmore, great grandchildren Milo, Rhett, and Cade Johnson.

A celebration of life for Sandy (Waltenbaugh) Wicks will be held during the summer of 2018. At her request cremation has taken place with the Cloyd Funeral Home assisting the family.
