Shirley M. Grindheim

Shirley M. Grindheim 91, of Lewistown and formerly of Roy died early Saturday morning, January 12^th, 2019 in a Lewistown Assisted Living Facility of natural causes. She was born June 13, 1927 in Lewistown the daughter of Fred and Leona Belle (Bare) Corth. She received her schooling in Roy graduating from Roy High School in 1946. On October 6, 1946 she was united in marriage to Louis M. Grindheim in Lewistown. They lived, ranched and raised their family on the Grindheim Ranch near Fergus. They moved into Roy after retiring and he preceded her in death in 2008. She moved into Lewistown and lived for many years in the Eagles Manor and moved to the Caslin Living Center in 2018.

Shirley enjoyed embroidering, cooking, flower gardening and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by one son Lyle (Barb) of Lewistown; one daughter Marilyn (John) Gervais of Roy; seven grandchildren, Shawn (Tammy) Grindheim, Shelly (Pat) Brown, Shari (Larry) Hagenbuch, Shane (Cynthia Burgh), Joshua (Danielle) Gervais, Trevor (Brittany) Gervais and Brett (Beth) Gervais, 10 great grandchildren, Jordan Grindheim, Kym (Colbee) Craig, Jake Brown, Lariat and Laredo Hagenbuch, Stella (Grindheim) Doty, Cooper, Keegan, Kaylynn and Cathryn Gervais one great great grandchild Payton Craig and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.

A Celebration of Life for Shirley M. Grindheim will be Friday, February 1, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm in the Roy School. Committal will be at 11:00 a.m. in the Lewistown City Cemetery, cremation has taken place. The Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Friends are asked to make memorials to the Roy Fire or Ambulance or the charity of their choice and they may be left at the Cloyd Funeral Home
