Terrell 'Jean' Mccoy

Terrell Jean McCoy, 89, of Lewistown, passed away peacefully early Monday morning, October 12^th, 2020. Jean was born to James Leonard and Lillian (Allen) Smart in Globe Arizona, on May 9, 1931. Far the youngest of the family, she was an auntie before she was born. On April 29, 1949, still a senior in High School, she married a handsome Navy man, Arthur Randolph McCoy. They made their home in Central Heights, and welcomed two sons, Arthur Dale in 1950 and Donald in 1951.

The family relocated to central California in 1963, and later to Washington state and then Montana, after Randy's retirement in 1990.

She is survived by her son Don (Doris) of Lewistown, MT, daughter-in-law Linda in California and six grandchildren, Janette Rehling, James, Jess, Steven, Bradley and David McCoy, as well as numerous great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband Randy in December 2009, her son Dale in 1979, her parents and her siblings Edith, Oleta, Leonard and Joyce.

As per Jean's wishes cremation has taken place and her ashes will be placed with her husband, in her beloved home of Arizona, at a later date. The Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.
