Walter F. Williamson

Walter F. Williamson 76 of Lewistown died early Tuesday morning, September 12, 2017 of injuries sustained in a vehicle accident north of Billings on U.S. Highway 87.  Walter was born March 14, 1941 in Billings, MT the son of Benjamin and Addie (Eastburn) Williamson.  He received his education in Billings Schools.  He then started his working years, working in the Billings area doing a variety of jobs, his last being a janitor in a grocery store.  He found his true soul mate when he met Gloria J. Mehl.

They spent their time in Billings until moving to Lewistown in 2015 to retire.  She preceded him in death in 2016.  

Walter enjoyed hunting, fishing, visiting with friends and working on cars.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews including James White of Helena.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held for Walter Williamson at a later date in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Helena.  The Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.
