William Curtis Maxwell

William (Bill) Curtis  Maxwell 90 of Winnett died Tuesday morning January 9, 2024 at his home of natural causes.  He was born September 13, 1933, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Hames C. Maxwell and Eva A. (Rapedo) Maxwell.  He received his education in Missouri, earning an Associate of Arts Degree. 

He married and had one daughter DeLayna, then later divorced.  He lived in Missouri and Montana and in the early 1970’s he was united in marriage to Doris Ann Doughty.  They lived in California until moving to Winnett many years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Ann Doughty of Winnett, and daughter DeLayna Thersult of Townsend, Montana.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

A Graveside Services for  William Maxwell will be Monday, January 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Winnett Cemetery. The Cloyd Funeral Home assisting the family.
